Jeff will be fondly remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, ready smile and being nice to everyone..unless maybe you happened to be on an opposing football team. He'll be greatly missed by many of us.
I hate to hear of his passing, Jeff was always so sweet and had a constant smile. My mom was close to his mom Mary for many years and her smile was just as infectious. My blessings to his family!!!
