Terry Lee Amyx, 47, of Goshen, OH., son of Mike and Sandra (nee Gibson) Amyx, passed away on August 4, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Kathy (nee Arm) Amyx; loving father of Amanda Amyx; proud grandfather of Sierra Amyx; dear brother of Sandi; Sissy; and Teresa; and grandson of Marie Gibson.  He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
