Terry Lee Amyx was born on August 28, 1966.  He passed away on August 4, 2014 at the age of 47.  He was the son of Mike and Sandra (nee Gibson) Amyx; beloved husband of Kathy (nee Arm) Amyx; loving father of Amanda Amyx; proud grandfather of Sierra Amyx; dear brother of Sandi, Sissy, and Teresa; and grandson of Marie Gibson.  He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
