Jeffrey Lynn Oskamp of Loewenstein, Germany formerly of Loveland. Beloved son of Thomas and Mary Oskamp. Loving father of Julian Schippers. Dear brother of Becky (Terry) Taylor and Samantha (Shannan) Smith. Grandson of Joseph Densmore. Dear uncle of Cori Taylor, Kyle Taylor and Cody Smith. Jeff is a 1985 graduate of Loveland High School. Jeff served in the US Army from October 22, 1985 until he was discharged on October 21, 1988. Dear Family and Friends, We are writing this letter to express how much we loved Jeff. However, words aren't enough and it comes with great sorrow because we lost him at such a young age.
